Mountain Vista Communities

 

On March 25, 2008 the Army announced its selection of Michaels Military Housing, LLC to create the Community Development and Management Plan (CDMP) for Fort Huachuca, AZ as part of the Army's Residential Communities Initiative (RCI). The partnership between U.S. Army, Fort Huachuca and Michaels Military Housing, LLC created Mountain Vista Communities. 

Mountain Vista Communities is responsible for management and maintenance of on post housing at Fort Huachuca.  A five year Initial Development Plan (IDP) was established to improve the quality of life at Fort Huachuca.  A few examples of these improvements include the addition of 201 new homes, maintenance and improvement of the existing homes, construction of a new community center, improvement of play areas, and the addition of exercise trails and a new dog park. 

Mountain Vista Communities is committed to developing and managing a best in class community of family housing, while supporting the missions of the Installation, establishing Fort Huachuca as the residence of choice for military families.
